To all CCHA members,
This letter is to let members know of changes and dates. As most of you know the June 14th timed event show was rained out so we have rescheduled the show for July 5th. The show is to start at 7pm and classes will start on open poles where the show left off.
A remimder that each member must attend 3 SCMHA and be the top 6 placings to qualify for OPen State show in Sept. If you were at the June 14th timed event show and this was your 3rd show you must attend the make up show and complete the timed events for this show to count.
Sign up for the open state show qualifiers will be July 20th at 2pm
at the Covington County Multipurpose Building. If there are open qualifying slots left these will be offered to the members that have made their 3 shows first. Then members that have made 2 shows and so on.
Members who have not made their 3 shows and want to fill a slot will be charged a $75.00 fee plus $15.00 per class to sign up.
A reminder to all members we have two more club shows,August 9th and September 13th. All members must work 10 hrs at shows to recieve their
year end awards from CCHA and SCMHA. If you have not worked these there
are two more shows to get your hours. Also we will be drawing for the colt give away at Aug 9th show. If you have raffle tickets please send me the tickets,stubs and money by the last week of July. You can mail them to me and the address should be on your envelope I gave you if not call me
or bring them to me at the July 5th show. #601-310-1004.
